He has more than thirty years of experience in the hotel sector which began in Sheraton, Hilton and Holiday Inn Companies and culminated as Chief Operating Officer of the largest hotel company in our country, NH HOTELS, for which he supervised the management of 54 hotels reporting directly to the CEO. Prior to this assignment he directed hotels for Starhotels, Jolly Hotels and Nh Hotels in the major Italian cities.
He represented the companies he directed in various business and trade union associations, directly dealing with important negotiations aimed at improving the performance of individual hotels also on outsourcing contracts, some of which are real “case histories”. Within the partnership he is the interlocutor for agreements with international hotel companies in the distribution and franchising agreements of hotel assets as well as coordinator of the General Managers of the managed hotels.

In my almost forty-year career path I have covered many operational roles in hotel facilities, until I reached, at the age of 30, the role of General Manager in international hotels and at 40 years old as Chief Operating Officer of 54 hotels. This is also thanks to the support of all the staff of the Hotels managed. "
